Job location Detroit Michigan for SAM INVEST LLC.

Oversee all design & Construction projects. Development & implement design & construction strategies to meet company objectives. Manage & coordinate with internal teams & external contractors to ensure timely & successful projects completion. Create & manage projects budgets & timelines, ensuring Projects are completed within allocated ressources. Review & approve all design & construction plans, ensuring they meet company standards & regulations. Conduct regular site visits & inspections to monitor project progress and identify any potential issues. Request 5 years experience in design & renovation industry including reporting & budget management, managing a team of at least 5 people, coordinating with vendors & contractors, & making key decisions regarding construction projects.
